Better parks and facilities
Councillor Hermann Vorster believes local kids, sporting clubs and community groups deserve the best facilities. His approach makes the most of our open space: lifting amenity, improving safety and attracting family events.
His priorities include:
Upgrade and construct new toilets near major playgrounds. And lobby for vandal-proof soap dispensers in all suburban public toilets.
Install more lighting in busy parks and along popular recreational walks.
Renovate more parks with new playgrounds, shade and water stations
